Theodore J. Caldwell

Theodore C. Caldwell is the president and CEO of Lookout Mountain Capital, Inc.  Mr. Caldwell began investing in hedge funds in the early 1980's, and established Lookout Mountain Capital, Inc. in 1993 to diversify his hedge fund portfolio. His insights regarding hedge funds have been published in various investment journals and books, and also in the periodical, the Lookout Mountain Hedge Fund Review, published by LMC from 1994 through 1996.

Mr. Caldwell received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Denver. Upon graduating in 1977 he brokered, developed and managed retail and office properties through 1993.

Ronald J. Wamsley (RJ)

Rodney J. Wamsley (RJ) is the CIO of Lookout Mountain Capital, Inc.  In February of 2000, Mr. Wamsley joined Lookout Mountain Capital, Inc. and was made partner in January of 2004. He is responsible for evaluating, selecting, and monitoring of the investment managers.  After graduating from Mercer University in 1994, he joined SunTrust Bank in their credit trainee program in Atlanta. From 1995-1999,   Mr.Wamsley worked on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, first for Barclay Bank then for Northern Trust Bank. He focused on investment strategies and execution in the financial futures and options markets.

Elaine Byers

Elaine Byers is the Director of Operations for LMC.  Elaine has worked for TedCaldwell for the past 13 years.
